◎Fascia adjustment to alleviated uncomfortableness during pregnancy

2 Dec. 2016: A 38-year-old woman who had 10 weeks of pregnancy complained about nausea for some time. She had nausea and dizziness in the morning, which could be alleviated by taking plums. She also had serious edema on the lower limbs in the afternoon, and serious bloating at night. Her left shoulder felt uncomfortable during sleep.

9 Dec. 2016: The patient's uncomfortable left shoulder and bloating alleviated during the past week. The nausea stopped for 3 days, and then started again. The edema on the lower limbs sometimes accompanied nocturia. 11 weeks of pregnancy.

24 Dec. 2016: The patient's uncomfortableness on left shoulder was alleviated. The bloating stopped, and the nausea was alleviated for the past week. The edema on the lower limbs was also alleviated. The left side of head was tense. 13 weeks of pregnancy.

14 Jan. 2017: The patient had no nausea or uncomfortable feelings for two weeks. The uncomfortable feeling on her left shoulder stopped. Last Wednesday the bloating came back. Little edema on the lower limbs came back which may be due to taking too many cold drinks. 17 weeks of pregnancy.

19 Jan. 2017: After last treatment, the patient had headache, shoulder pain, and disturbed sleep, which had not been present for long time. Pain was more on the left side of the body, and was relieved at yesterday. She had no issue with nausea, and bloating was relieved by reducing starch intake in the evening. The edema on the lower limbs was also relieved. 18 weeks of pregnancy.
